Here we will discuss how to join the Pakistan ARMY as a MEDICAL CADET. Candidates who apply for admission as Medical cadets will study at any medical colleges provided below free of cost and will get a fixed monthly stipend during their studies.

Pakistan Army opens MBBS and BDS program in which you can Join Pak Army Medical Corps as Medical Cadets after FSC Pre-Medical and Technical Cadet course TCC for Pre-Engineering students

    • CMH Lahore (30 MBBS Seats),

    •  KIMS Khariyan (5 MBBS Seats).

    Course Registration Schedule 

    • 19 June to 20 July 

    Preliminary Tests Schedule

    • 24 July to 11 August 

    Age Requirement 

    • 17 - 21 years (relaxable for three months) 

    Gender Requirement 

    • Male 

    Marital Status

    •  Unmarried 

    Physical Standards 

    • Minimum Height - 5'- 4" (162.5 cm) 
    • Weight - As per Body Mass Index 

    Nationality Requirement 
    • Citizens of Pakistan 
    • Domicile of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan. 

    Bond Requirement 
    • Finally, selected candidates will serve in the Army for a minimum of 13 years after completing the MBBS Degree Course at Medical College.

    Education Requirement 
    • Minimum 70% marks in FSc (Pre Medical)  or 'A' level 
    • Candidates from Balochistan, Sindh (District Tharparkar, Omar Kot), Azad Kashmir (Upper Neelam Valley), and FATA can apply on a minimum of 65% marks. 
    • Candidates who have passed the HSSC I Examination with a minimum of 70% marks and are waiting for the HSSC II result can also apply with the "Hope certificate signed by the head of the institute.
    In-Eligibility 
    • "Not Recommended" twice by ISSB
    • Declared medically UNFIT by CMH
    MDCAT Exam
    • Students must to have passed the National Medical & Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) exam conducted by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) scoring 65% marks.
    Written / Intelligence / Personality Test. 
    • It will be based on MCQs from English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry portions after passing this exam candidate will undergo physical & medical tests
    Physical Tests. 
    Physical tests are conducted at AS&RCs
    • 1.6 Km Run - 8 minutes 
    • Push-Ups - 15 repetitions in 2 minutes 
    • Sit Ups - 20 repetitions in 2 minutes 
    • Pull Ups - 3 repetitions in 2 minutes 
    • Ditch Crossing - 7'.4" x 7'.4" and 4' deep 11,
    Preliminary Medical Test.
    After passing the Physical Tests Preliminary Medical Test will be taken at AS&RCs.

    Final Selection
    Intelligence or personality tests and interviews will be taken at GHQ. Complete Medical examination of short-listed candidates at CMHs. The final selection will be made at GHQ on the basis of the candidate's overall performance.

    • MBBS 5 Years of study at AMC or CMHs
    • BDS 4 Years study at AMC Rawalpindi 

      Military Training 
      • 22 x Weeks of Basic Military Training (BMT) at Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul after completing the final MBBS or BDS examination.
