Services Institute of Medical Sciences Lahore was established in the year 2003 as self finances Medical College in Punjab. then in the year 2008, SIMS Lahore is declared a public Medical college and affiliated under UHS Lahore. SIMS building spread our an area of 5 acres, Built extraordinary high-class building structure having vast Library which has a large collection of 8000 books and university auditorium, and a centrally air-conditioned building,  SIMS is the third biggest Medical teaching Hospital in Lahore. Fee Structure 

SIMS is a Public or Government Sector Medical college in Punjab so its fee structure is low as in all other Public sector Medical colleges. We have provided the approximate fee structure that students have to pay during their studies

• 18,030 for 1st Year and onwards 15,030 Years without a Hostel for MBBS
• 30,000 approx. hostel charges annually
