How to Apply in UHS for MBBS & BDS Admissions
- Sign-up your account using your valid E-mail address and a password;
- After creating a UHS account, Enter your complete details as provided in the portal including your academic and personal details.
- Must Preview your UHS application before final submissions
- Download the document and check the Bank Deposit Slip at the bottom of the document.
- Visit any branch of The Bank of Punjab BOP, with your final submitted application and bank fee challan, to deposit UHS Admission Processing Fee
- After submission of the UHS Admission Fee please wait and keep visiting the UHS official website portal.
You can not edit UHS online admissions applications after clicking the final submissions form. please make sure that your entered details are correct and verified before final submissions.

Admission in Punjab Private Medical & Dental Colleges
UHS Medical Admission Applications will only be received through an online portal. Print-out of the Admissions application and paid fee challan not to be submitted in UHS Lahore, but Students are requested to be kept for record.

Eligibility Criteria
Each year Pakistan Medical Commission PMDC announces the Eligibility criteria for admissions in all Government Public sector Medical and Dental colleges in Pakistan. PMDC announced the eligibility criteria for admissions in is follows below
- HSSC, FSC Pre Medical, Equivalent 60%
- MDCAT for MBBS admissions 55%
- MDCAT for BDS admissions 50%
UHS MBBS & BDS Aggregate Merit Formula
UHS announces the final Aggregate merit Formula for MBBS and BDS admissions each year which is provided in their Prospectus. In UHS announced its Aggregate Formula which is following below.
- Matric SSC 10%
- FSC Equivalent 40%
