- DON'T STRESS YOURSELF
- MAKE A PROPER TIMETABLE THAT SUITS YOU
- SLEEP WELL
- EAT MODERATELY
- PRAYERS AND QURAN
- SOME FAMILY TIME.
IF YOU ARE A NIGHT OWL...( 10.5HRS STUDY, 7.5HRS SLEEPS IN INTERVALS)
- 4:00 AM..... EAT SUHOOR
- 6:30 AM-11:00 AM... STUDY ( a lighter portion.. that doesn't need cramming or concept building. like listening to a video lecture or practicing mcqs or revision of something you are good at)
- 11:00 am to 1:30 ... SLEEP
- 1:30-2;30...... ZUHR AND QURAN
- 2:30-5:30 ... SLEEP
- 5:30-7:00... ASR + AFTAR PREPS+ SOME FAMILY TIME+ MAGHRIB
- 7:00 -9;00PM... SLEEP
- 9:00-10;00... ISHA+TARAWEEH
- 10;00- 4;00 AM... STUDY + TAHAJJUD BREAK ( tHE DIFFICULT PORTION, e.g concept building or the stuff that needs cramming. Because now your energy levels are boosted and you are the freshest at this time)
