The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) is a public-sector Medical university under the armed forces. NUMS has 14 affiliated Medical colleges in Pakistan and 6 Dental colleges. NUMS offers 1500 + MBBS seats each year. NUMS has mostly private-sector medical and dental colleges; however, Army Medical College (AMC) Rawalpindi is the only public-sector Medical college. NUMS Medical Colleges are ranked among top medical colleges in Pakistan.

NUMS MDCAT Entry Test Date
Each year more than 80 thousand MDCAT students apply for the NUMS entry test. NUMS conducts admissions tests once each year. NUMS MDCAT is paper paper-based exam consisting of two portions, Subjective and Psychological. Students asked about the passing marks for NUMS. NUMS entry test passing marks varies such as for MBBS admissions, students need 55% marks in NUMS entry test, and for admissions in the BDS program, students need 50% marks in the NUMS.

NUMS MDCAT
NUMS conducts an entry test usually in September or October. NUMS entry test is conducted after the FSC board exam and comprises the intermediate HSSC textbooks syllabus. The NUMS exam is mandatory to pass if students want to get into any of the NUMS-affiliated Medical or Dental colleges in Pakistan. Last year MDCAT for NUMS is conducted in 1 September. The roll number slips for NUMS exams were released before exam day.
