    Making time table for the MDCAT exam is very important for students as it helps them to utilize most of their time and helps in achieving higher marks in the MDCAT. As all students have different Concentration spans some are convenient in studying during Day time or nighttime, and the study Routine varies from person to person.     • Sleep Time: (07-08 Hours) It is scientifically proved that students who maintain proper sleep are more likely to pass the exam than students who are sleep-deprived.
    • 05 Time Prayers: (01 Hours) Being Muslim, we have to Remember Allah and make regular dua and keep our iman strong to succeed in this life and after.
    • Relax Time: (02 Hours) Anything you enjoy, Exercise, Socialize 
    • The total time left is 12 hours for Studies.

    Pomodoro technique: one of the very famous Study Techniques in which you study with breaks. First, give 40 minutes of study then 05 minutes break than 40 minutes of continuous study, then 20 minutes break. In this way, out of 12 hours, you easily get 10 hours of study time each day.

    Golden Hour of the Day: Know your golden hours (Eat that frog). This is the time of the day in when your brain is most active, for most students in the early morning time. Try to finish the most difficult topics which used maximum Brain effort in this Peak Time. you may solve Physics numerical, Organic Chemistry, etc

    Lazier part: like in Noon ( form lost of the students) It is not a very productive time and you are tired as well. You may practice MCQs and study easier topics. 

    Study Plan 

    Make a study Plan by dividing your task such as completing the Syllabus, Past Papers, and Revisions, into days. 

    Most Come Mistake 

    Don't do the same subject same day. Keep 02 to 3 hours for each subject in this way you complete all the subjects daily; otherwise, your brain may get tired

      • 3 to 5 PM: Study (Notes writing, reading)

      • 6- 9 PM:  practice MCQs Past Papers 
      • 9 to 9:30 PM: Analyze, make next day schedule, tick completed task 
      • 10 pm: Go to sleep
