White Coat with Monogram
Most of the colleges have now white coats with their monogram. That would be available on their own nearby bookshop. But if your college doesn't have its monogrammed white coat, you can buy that beforehand from any shop. Make sure you buy the right one for your gender so that you stay comfortable and keep yourself from ragging. Lol.. (Female white coats have a belt on their back).

You may buy books and practical notebooks later.. once you have joined your classes.. and after confirmation from your teachers and seniors. But if your college has some logbooks for the practicals or lectures.. try to fill them out and get them signed from day 1. This will save you a lot of time and sanity later.

Books
Yes, you read right. You don't need to buy books from Day 1. Just make a list of them. You should know what books you must have. Join credible groups on Facebook and stay in touch with the seniors. But buy them at least after a week of joining the classes. After consulting the seniors of your own institute and the teachers.
BP apparatus, Any apparatus or Dissection Box
You usually don't need any stuff like that. If buying this stuff makes you happy, Go for it. But you won't need that.

Reference Books
Apply for the library card as soon as possible, and get the reference books issued. If they aren't available at the library, ask seniors. You don't need to buy those.
