PASSIONATE
The first and foremost requirement to ace any exam, especially an entrance exam to medical school is Passion. If you have decided on your future profession at your own will, and you are passionate about it, only then you can give your best and be able to ace it. Else, this is not the only blocker, You'll have to face alot of things and hurdles in the future, which you won't be able to endure if you're not passionate about it.
FSC MARKS LESS THAN 1000
The key is to know your weaknesses and work on areas of improvement. If you've scored less than 1000 marks in FSc then you have fair chance of improvement. You should mark the subjects in which you've scored less, and opt for improvement.
MDCAT MARKS LESS THAN 170
If you have scored less than 170 in the MDCAT, then
you pretty much know about your weak area. An FSc and MDCAT is a totally
different science. You need more to work upon your concepts and practice

CONSISTENCY
Repeating a test you have already taken demands Consistency and Smart Work, more than Hard work. If you are consistent on working for your dream, no one can stop you from getting you there. At low days, you should go for some motivational quotes that help you keep going and work on your time management.
STUDY STRATEGY
One who knows his weaknesses is the one who can work upon them and able to get through it. You should find out what you missed out on while preparing for MDCAT previously. If you were a cramming person you should be working on your concepts this time. And if you find it difficult to cram and had difficulty memorizing important values, you should e working on it now.

COACHING CLASSES
If you had not taken coaching classes previously, and you think it will work for you, then go for it. But if you think coaching classes lead to loss of focus and distracted you, then you can skip the classes this time and fully focus on your own study plan while using those notes and books.
