Finally, the wait is over Students are eagerly waiting for the Punjab Government E-bike scheme which is recently launched by CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Shareef for Punjab Students. This schedule for students and will help students with their daily transportation. Due to the increase in fuel and petrol prices in Pakistan, it is getting difficult for students to afford the high petrol prices. therefore electric bikes are introduced and provided to students on the easy installment plan.

How to Apply for 20,000 Bikes for College & University Students

For Students 20 thousand bikes are allocated in which 19 thousand are petrol and 1 thousand electric bikes bikes will be provided through the Bank of Punjab. Here we will share How to Apply for the Petrol Bike Scheme Punjab Government Motor Bike Scheme Female and Male students both can apply for bikes. 

Education Friendly Initiative by Govt. of Punjab. Subsidy of Rs. 1 Billion by the Government of the Punjab. 19,000 Petrol Bikes in which 11,676 For Male Students and 7,324 For Female Students. 1,000 Electric Bikes in which 700 For Male Students and 300 For Female Students.

In Phase 1 Degree College / University students studying in the following 5 cities shall be eligible. (Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi & Lahore)

Schedule 

  • Last Date to apply for E-Bike = 29 April 

Eligibility

Over 800,000 students across the province to obtain their own transport. 

  • Both Girls and Boys can apply
  • Must have Punjab Domicile
  • Candidate Must be over 18 years of age. 
  • Candidate Must be a regular Degree College / University student, duly recognized by HEC. (Medical college students, Engineering universities)
  • Candidate Must hold a valid motorcycle Learner’s Permit / Driving Licence. 
  • In case of receipt of applications over-allocated quotas, e-balloting will be conducted. 

NOTE: FSC and Matric Students are not eligible for the E-Bike Scheme. Private University students can not apply. 
Female students can apply for both E-Bikes and P-Bikes. Both Scootie and Motorbike versions are available.
