Previously, the MDCAT entry test conducted by PMDC is used to calculate the NUMS Aggregate but this year the NUMS Merit formula is changed and the MDCAT marks will be counted for the NUMS merits lists.

NUMS Merit Formula 

Only the marks of the NUMS entry test, HSSC, and SSC marks of students will be used to calculate the NUMS Aggregate .

PREPARATIONS

• NUMS MDCAT Entry Test Score (Subjective + Psychological Part) = 50% 
• FSC or A levels equivalent Score = 40% 
• SSC or O levels equivalent Score = 10%

NUMS Merit Formula = [[SSC marks/1100]*0.10 + [FSC marks/550]*0.40 + [NUMS Score/100]*0.50]*100
